Steven and Donna have been designing hair together for decades. Their approach and philosophy is to capture the personality of the hair and complete the coexistence of the cut and the color. As specialists in their respected fields, Steven began his coloring career in 1984, and Donna began her styling career in 1980. They never fail to create individualized cuts and color for each guest. The couple also educates industry professionals on a national and local level, sharing their "simple" yet " intricate" approach to design with the industry they love.

Born and raised in New York, the couple moved to Colorado with their five children in 2001. Loving life at the foot of the mountains, they opened "The Studio" in 2008--a private sanctuary where their guests could leave with an indivualized cut and color and a comfortable feeling towards life. The Studio also functions as the foundation for their educational offerings, where they conduct private or semi-private seminars with professionals in the industry.
